Living on a Golf Course in Fishers is a great option. Many of my clients like to live on the golf course because it provides them with not only a great view but the golf lifestyle. Imagine waking up every morning and enjoying coffee out on your patio overlooking rolling fairways and manicured greens. After breakfast you go to your garage and hop in your golf cart and head around the block to your neighborhood clubhouse to meet up for your 8:00 a.m. Foursome. After a fantastic round, you relax with your friends having a cocktail watching other as they are playing the course. That evening you attend a social gathering at your clubhouse as you see many friends who you have met through your golf club. This is a reality for the lucky who are able to live in a great golf course community. One of the best things about living in Fishers is there are many opportunities to live on a golf course. There are many golf courses in Fishers including Ironwood, Gray Eagle, River Glen, and the Hawthorns Country Club.
Gray Eagle located near 116th and Brookschool in East Fishers is a 6,739 yard golf course my friends and I play often. We love it because it is in a great location in East Fishers and offers many interesting hilly and wooded holes. On weekdays, Gray Eagle offers deals such as $20 with a cart! There are many housing options in Gray Eagle. Pulte homes developed much of the nteighborhood and then there is a custom section Woods at Gray Eagle. Currently homes on the market range from a $209,900 low maintenance home/villa to a $549,900 custom 5500sqft custom home in the custom section Woods at Gray Eagle. There are two story homes with basements, ranch villas, and custom homes. Gray Eagle has a driving range, pool, and tennis courts.

Ironwood Golf Club, Gray Eagle’s sister course, is located near 106th and Hoosier Road in East Fishers as well. It is really well taken care of and more challenging. There are several neighborhoods on Ironwoods beautiful 27 holes. The neighborhoods include Sawgrass which is affordable starting in the 100′s, Windermere, which has golf villas, production homes, and custom homes and several other smaller custom communities such as Quaker Ridge.The Hawthornes Golf and Country Club is an exclusive private club located in South East Fishers near Geist Reservoir. It is a beautiful club with expansive clubhouse, junior olympic size swimming pool, and 6 tennis courts. There are many beautiful homes in the area surrounding the club which is known as Hamilton Proper. Currently there are 10 homes on the course ranging from the lower 300′s to upwards of 2 million at over 11,000 sq ft which beautiful views of the course.
