When my clients come to me and say they want to live in a family friendly, newer neighborhood, by a great builder and has character, the first community that comes to mind is Gray Eagle. Gray Eagle is a neighborhood built by national home builder Pulte Homes, one of the top builders in Fishers, Indiana. Gray Eagle Golf Course runs throughout the entire community which is a great feature. There are hills, woods, streams, and a top golf course, and within minutes of Geist Reservoir what else could you want? Maybe a beach and ocean, but not in Indiana! If you like golf, pools, playgrounds, friendly neighbors, and a neighborhood feel Gray Eagle is the place to be.
Prices range from the upper 200′s to 400′s for the Pulte homes with 3-6 bedrooms, basements, expansive views etc. I love selling homes in Gray Eagle and at one time had two next door neighbors both on the 17th hole of the golf course. Talk about prime Real Estate, especially in the 300′s where many places in the country you may not even be able to get a first time homebuyer ranch for that price.
