East Fishers, Indiana is one of my favorite places to live and sell Real Estate. There is so much to do and the quality of living is great. When you live in East Fishers, Indiana you are right around the corner from:
1)Parks-Brooks School Park(huge new playground, trails, gazebo, basketball court,and a creek), Geist Park
2)Geist Reservoir-wonderful lake with boating, waterfront dining(Bella Vita), rolling hills, and deep woods
3)Great Schools-One of the top school systems in Indiana(HSE)
4)Shopping-Hamilton Town Center is right around the corner in the north part of East Fishers/South Noblesville
5)Easy Access to Interstates(i69 runs right through it!)
6)Brand New Affordable Homes!(many of the homes in East Fishers which has been developed in the past 10 years is new to newer ranging from just under 100k! Build a 5 bedroom home for as low as 200K!
7)Many Companies are Located here-(with a lower unemployment rate there are many job opportunities)
8)Family Friendly-many people with young children live in the area with an average age of resident in the lower 30′s
9)Close to Indianapolis-unlike some suburbs, Fishers is just north of Indy, so you have access to all Greater Indianapolis has to offer in a short commute!
10)Great Golf Courses- The golf in East Fishers is amazing, my favorites are Gray Eagle and Ironwood(both have great early deals w/cart during the week!)
I highly recommend checking out East Fishers, Indiana. I have called East Fishers home for years and have sold many homes in the area and my past clients have been very happy with their decision to live here!
