Westminster, a great East Fishers Neighborhood!

If you are looking for a great neighborhood with new to newer homes Westminster is a great place to live! Westminster is located just north of 136th on Marilyn Road in East Fishers. The neighborhood is being developed by Ryland Homes and is about 3/4 finished. If you want to build in Fishers, there are many lots left with many great floorplans offered by Ryland Homes. The location is ideal as it is tucked away between sheep farms and llama farms surrounded by trees and walking trails. Hamilton Town Center, a top Fishers/Noblesville Shopping Destination is right around the corner along with access to i69! I built my personal home with Ryland Homes in Westminster in 2006 and was around the 4th home in the neighborhood. I was able to see the area transform from country roads and open fields to a great development. My family has been very happy in the neighborhood and with our home. There are many families and everyone seems to take care of their yards/homes. I have recommended several clients who have purchased in the neighborhood as well.
Currently there are 5 homes for sale in Westminster, 4 under contract(pending), and 10 sold in 2011!
The only drawback is the lots are slightly smaller than Ryland’s Tanglewood at 126th and Brookschool, and the planned pool and tennis courts are not built yet as it is in Tanglewood. The advantage is the some of the same floorplans are less expensive.
If your budget is between 150-300k and you are looking in East Fishers(by the way my favorite part of the northside) then I highly recommend you check out Westminster!
